Using a blank order form:
If you would like to order via postal mail or fax and choose not to use the on-line shopping cart to print, or place your order, visit our blank order form page for a blank form suitable for printing. All necessary information needed to complete your order is listed on the blank order form.
If you would like to fax your order using a printed page from the on-line shopping cart, a completed blank order form, or a hand-written order, fax to (530) 230-2719. Please be sure that all necessary contact and order information is included.
Using the on-line shopping cart:
The on-line shopping cart is very self-explanatory. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, simply click the button that reads 'ADD ITEM TO SHOPPING CART'. You will then be presented with a page that lists the contents of your shopping cart, including the item you just added. While on this page, you can increase or decrease the quantity of any item in your cart, or remove it all together. When you are finished reviewing your shopping cart, simply click either of the two images at the bottom of that page 'Continue Shopping' or 'Check Out Now'. If you choose to continue shopping, you will be returned to the page of the item you just added to your cart. If you choose to check out, you will be prompted for all of the information needed to complete your order. If at any time while browsing you would like to view your shopping cart or check out, just look for the appropriate button and click.
Credit Card Orders:
As an added security measure, Abaxion uses the Address Verification System (AVS), what this means to you: make sure that the address you provided matches exactly the address on your credit card billing statement (we can only ship to this address). Orders that do not pass Address Verification will not be processed.
Checks and Money Orders:
The shopping cart is not only for credit card orders, you can also use the shopping cart or the blank order form to order by check or money order. We cannot accept checks from outside the U.S.A., please see international orders below. Foreign cash is not accepted. Checks are subject to a two week hold.
We now accept PayPal for orders outside the USA!
PayPal offers you the security of not having to provide your credit card number to each on-line merchant you order from; it's like an on-line bank account. It's easy to use and it's free! If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can sign up when ordering. Visit the PayPal website for more information. Note: we can only ship to the confirmed address on your PayPal account.
Shipping & Packaging:
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS), depending on the size, weight and destination of the package.
All orders are shipped discreetly. The only information printed on our boxes is a simple return address and 'mail to' address.
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks delivery for USA orders. We will get your order out as fast as possible, some items are custom made, and you may receive multiple shipments at no extra cost to you, to make sure you get every item as quickly as possible.
A few restrictions apply to orders being placed from outside of the USA: All orders must be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or Money Order in U.S. funds. Foreign checks are not accepted and will be returned to customers. Allow additional time for your order to pass through customs. All international orders are shipped Air Mail (1 to 4 weeks delivery from ship date). Please note that your country may charge you import taxes or duties upon delivery.

Exchanges & Refunds:
For exchanges, refunds or a problem with your order: please report it to us within five (5) business days of delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for exchange. Do not ship merchandise back to Abaxion for a refund or exchange without authorization, refunds or exchanges will not be granted this way. Returns are not granted on books, herbs, oils, body products, CD's or DVD's.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or altered in any way.
Abaxion does not in any way sell or share customer information with any third party companies or organizations, unless legally required to do so or in the pursuit of debt collection. Customer information is only used for the direct purpose of completing orders and financial transactions related to orders. In addition, Abaxion does not solicit business via phone, mail or by email unless a person specifically requests to be added to our mailing list.
All items are sold as curios and tools only. We make no claims nor guarantee supernatural or magickal qualities or powers for any product. The names and alleged powers are gathered from folklore and various occult sources.
Nothing sold in the Abaxion product line is to be digested or taken internally.
Abaxion is not liable for injury or circumstance resulting from the use or misuse of any of the products sold herein.
Disputed transactions and returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee.
