The wand is the instrument of invocation of spirits. In most traditions, the wand represents the element of fire (in other traditions, earth, air, water or spirit) and symbolizes the life-force within the Witch. The wand dates back to prehistoric times. The Greek god Hermes is represented with a caduceus, a wand entwined with snake and winged top, a symbol of power, wisdom and healing.

Shaman Wand

Our exquisite Shaman wand hangs from an antler. The wand's shaft has been wrapped in a repeating pattern of black and taupe faux suede, twine and a decorative burgundy border. A natural wooden tip covered in faux white fur resides at one end of the wand and a clear terminated quartz point wrapped in white faux fur can be found at the other end. Multiple strands of feather and assorted beads give the piece extra movement and interest. Approx 10 inches.
