The wand is the instrument of invocation of spirits. The wand dates back to prehistoric times. The Greek god Hermes is represented with a caduceus, a wand entwined with snake and winged top, a symbol of power, wisdom and healing.

The Healing Wand contains stones of Apache Tears and Amethyst or sunstone. A healing wand is known to assist in cleansing the body's energy: the aura. The blue color of this wand represents the subtle energies of the element water.
